Registration Timeline:

Early registration for the full workshop is available at a discounted rate until January 31st, 2014.  Regular registration will last from February 1st until February 28th.  Starting March 1st, you will only be able to register online using a credit card or PayPal.  On-site registration will be available each morning starting at 8:00am, and you will be able to pay using a credit card, check, or cash.

Terms and Conditions:

Cancelled registrations will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee through February 1st.  From February 2nd to March 1st, cancelled registrations will be refunded 50% of fees paid.  After March 1st, there will be no refunds.

Competition Fees:

The fee for each competition is $10.  You must be registered (or registering in the same checkout) for at least the day the competition is being held to participate in any competition.

Each student may enter one solo competition and one mock orchestral audition competition. Should a student enter the quartet competition, all four members of the quartet must be registered and pay the competition fee. Students must pay the fee for each event. All competitors must be registered for full 3-day workshop attendance, except the high school solo competition which will take place only on Saturday.

Students entering the high school solo or college solo competition may use a staff accompanist for an additional $10 fee.

Parking

Parking is free with all registration types.  Free parking will be located at the McIver parking deck, which is located next to the UNCG Music Building.  The height restrictions for this parking deck are as follows: Any vehicles less than 6' 8" will fit on any floor, in any entrance.  Any vehicles that are bigger than 6' 8" but less than 9' will need to enter the parking deck directly from McIver street, and will need to stay on the first two floors.  

Register On-Site

You may register on-site when you arrive.  Payment will be accepted by cash, check, or credit card.
